About This Initiative

Giving back to local communities is a generous and right thing to do. As a locally rooted tour company, we are proud to support the communities that make Tanzania extraordinary. We reach the communities in northern Tanzania where we are working. A portion of our proceeds is reinvested into community-led initiatives, including:

  • Supporting local schools with educational materials and school infrastructure improvements
  • Partnering with women’s groups and youth entrepreneurs to promote sustainable livelihoods
  • Contributing to healthcare outreach programs in rural areas by financing health insurance to women and children.
  • Working with village leaders to ensure tourism benefits are shared fairly and transparently for all the projects we fund in local communities.

By travelling with us, our guests directly contribute to meaningful development projects that empower families and strengthen local economies in the underdeveloped communities.
