Founded by experienced safari guide Isaya Kilimbey Mollel, Aloito Safaris was created with a clear vision: to offer authentic wildlife adventures that respect nature, protect wildlife, and support local communities. Meet Our Founder
Isaya Kilimbey Mollel
Founder | Owner | Professional Safari Guide
Isaya Mollel is a proud member of the Maasai tribe who grew up near the world-famous Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Raised on the rim of the legendary Ngorongoro Crater, Isaya spent his childhood surrounded by the rich flora and fauna that make Tanzania one of the most extraordinary wildlife destinations on Earth.
Growing up in a Maasai community, he developed a deep connection with nature from an early age. Living close to wildlife and learning traditional survival skills in the bush shaped his passion for animals, conservation, and the environment.
Determined to turn this passion into a profession, Isaya pursued formal training at a Tourism and Safari College in Moshi, near Mount Kilimanjaro. There he became a certified professional safari guide.
With over 12 years of experience, Isaya has built an impressive career in the tourism industry. Throughout his journey he has:
Led wildlife expeditions across East Africa
Worked as a Mountain Guide on Mount Kilimanjaro
Served as a Safari Coordinator
Guided countless travelers as a Driver-Guide
His extensive field experience, deep knowledge of wildlife, and understanding of local cultures have earned him the trust and admiration of travelers from around the world.
